How to Measure Your Wrist

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the part of your wrist where you normally wear your watch. Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it too tightly.

If you do not have a measuring tape, wrap a piece of string around your wrist and measure the string with a ruler.

Care Instructions

• Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals
• Remove the band before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping
• Gently wipe the crystals and metal surfaces with a soft, dry cloth after wear
• Avoid dropping or striking the band against hard surfaces
